Shipping

We ship within New Zealand and to Australia. All prices are in NZD.

New Zealand

Free shipping on orders over $150. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, then usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

Australia

Flat rate shipping of $20 NZD. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, then usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We don't ship to other countries yet.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can return items within 14 days of delivery.

To be accepted, items must be:

• unworn and unwashed
• free of deodorant stains, makeup, perfume or any other marks or odours
• returned with all original packaging and tags

We can't accept returns that don't meet these conditions.

How to return

Email honeynightsco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the details. Return postage is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds

Change-of-mind returns are refunded as store credit, processed within 3 to 5 business days of us receiving your item.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty or we sent the wrong one, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll cover return postage and offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected by this policy.
